Users Into Paying Customers

Strategy, design, and development focused on measurable
growth and monetization - all done on your behalf.

4.8/5 Rated excellent

Based in Barcelona. Websites and apps built one at a time, by one person — for businesses whose customers buy, book or subscribe online.

  • 3languages built in as standard — Catalan, Spanish and English
  • 0templates or page builders — every build is written from scratch
  • <1.5sload-time target on mobile, because slow pages lose buyers
  • 2–4weeks to a live site for most business projects
What I build

Custom websites for Barcelona businesses
and the customers they sell to.

Your business isn't a template, so your website shouldn't be one. Everything below is designed around a single question: what has to happen on this screen for someone to become a paying customer?

Business websites

The site your customers actually move through. A clear offer above the fold, proof exactly where doubt shows up, and a way to book, call or buy on every screen — not just a contact page nobody finds.

  • Multilingual as standard: Catalan, Spanish, English
  • Local SEO for Barcelona & Google Business Profile
  • Booking, quote and enquiry flows

E-commerce & booking

Storefronts and reservation flows tuned to remove every reason to abandon: fewer steps, honest pricing, fast product pages, and a checkout that works as well on a phone in a queue as it does on a desktop.

  • Stripe, Shopify & Paddle integrations
  • Cart, checkout & post-purchase flow
  • Abandoned-flow recovery built in

Customer portals & web apps

Dashboards, member areas and internal tools that feel as considered as the marketing site. Accounts, permissions, billing and the boring-but-critical states — empty, loading, error — all designed, not improvised.

  • Accounts, roles & personalization
  • Subscriptions, paywalls & upgrades
  • Admin views your team can actually use

Mobile apps

iOS and Android products with onboarding, retention and monetization designed from day one — because an app that gets installed and forgotten costs more than it earns.

  • Onboarding built to reach first value fast
  • In-app purchases & subscription paywalls
  • Reminders, streaks & gated content
Why my sites convert

Most websites describe a business. Yours should sell for it.

A pretty site that nobody buys from is an expensive brochure. I design backwards from the sale: what the customer needs to believe, in what order, and what stands in the way of them acting today.

  • One decision per screen. Every section has a single job. When a page asks for three things at once, visitors do none of them.
  • Copy written around the customer's problem. Not your process, your history, or your team photo — those come after they've decided you understand them.
  • Written in the language they think in. Catalan, Spanish or English — a customer who has to translate your offer in their head is a customer already halfway out the door.
  • Proof placed where doubt appears. Reviews, guarantees and pricing clarity land next to the moment of hesitation, not buried on a separate page.
  • A path to payment, not just pages. Booking, checkout and subscription flows are designed with the same care as the homepage.

I take on a small number of builds at a time so each one gets the attention it needs. If you want a site that earns its place in the business, start with a call.

Pricing to meet different needs.

Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before anything starts. Websites and apps are quoted the same way — you'll know what you're paying before I write a line of code.

Questions

Before you book.

Which languages do you build in?

Catalan, Spanish and English. In Barcelona that isn't a nice-to-have — a visitor who lands on a page in the wrong language leaves before reading the offer. I set up proper multilingual structure (separate URLs and hreflang tags) so search engines show the right version to the right person, rather than a browser plugin that translates your site badly.

How long does a website take?

Most business websites go live in two to four weeks from the day content and access are in place. Larger builds — e-commerce, booking systems, customer portals — run longer, and I'll give you a dated schedule before we start rather than a vague estimate.

Do you write the copy, or do I?

I write it. Design and copy are the same job here — the layout only works if the words in it are doing something. You'll review and correct anything about your business I've got wrong, but you won't be handed empty boxes to fill.

Can I update the site myself afterwards?

Yes. Where you need to change things regularly — prices, team, services, blog posts — I connect a simple editor so you can update them without touching code or paying me to change a phone number.

What do you need from me?

An hour for the kickoff call, whatever brand assets and photos you already have, access to your domain, and one person who can approve decisions. That's it. If you don't have photography, I'll tell you what to shoot or what to license.

What happens after launch?

You get the code, the accounts and a short handover walkthrough — everything is yours, with no lock-in. If you'd rather I keep improving it, ongoing conversion work is available on the Custom plan.

Do you only work with businesses in Barcelona?

Barcelona is where I'm based and where I can meet you in person, which usually makes the first conversation faster. But everything runs perfectly well remotely over calls and shared previews — anywhere we can find a couple of overlapping hours works.

Let's build it

Tell me what your business sells.
I'll show you how the site should sell it.

A 20-minute call, no pitch deck — or a coffee somewhere in Barcelona. You describe the business and where customers drop off; I'll tell you straight whether I'm the right person for it.
